Tao Zhong is CTO for NETINT Technologies, responsible for developing high-performance SoCs for flash controllers. Prior to NETINT, Tao was director of PMC-Sierra's Enterprise Storage Division. He has over 20 years of experience developing high performance storage SoCs. Tao earned an MSEE at the University of British Columbia. He holds several storage patents.
Alex Liu is COO of NETINT Technologies, responsible for engineering, operations, marketing and sales functions. Alex has 19 years of experience on high tech product R&D and product management. Prior NETINT, Alex worked for PMC-Sierra Enterprise Storage Division and world leading mobile phone manufactures. He received Master of Management Sciences (MMSc) from the University of Science & Technologies Beijing.
Randal Horne is responsible for leading the global sales organization at NETINT Technologies. Randal brings to the position a successful track record of more than 25 years that includes leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the media solutions industry. Prior to joining NETINT, Randal managed international engineering and sales organizations within Cisco and Ericsson media organizations. Randal is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology Telecommunications program.
Ray Adensamer oversees product marketing and marketing communication programs at NETINT Technologies. Ray’s previous position was director of marketing at Radisys. During his career, Ray has managed technology marketing programs at two previous startups leading to acquisitions; Abatis acquired by Redback Networks, and Convedia acquired by Radisys. Ray has a B.A.Sc. in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo, along with an M.B.A from University of British Columbia.
John Plasterer is the key technical contact for hardware and ASIC engineering at NETINT Technologies. He has over 18 years experience in high-speed digital design, mixed signal design and signal integrity. Prior to joining NETINT, John worked as a Senior Manager at PMC-Sierra in the Mixed Signal Department developing SoCs for Storage, Optical and Wireless markets. John received a B. Eng from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Simon Fraser University and holds six patents in the area of mixed-signal and signal integrity design.
Daniel Zhou oversees the firmware and software development at NETINT Technologies. Daniel’s previous positions include Senior Staff Software Engineer at Radisys and Broadcom, General Manager of R&D at Xinwei, and Vice General Manager of Multimedia Service Department at Huawei. Daniel Zhou has a Master of Engineering degree in electronic and communication systems from Southeast University in China.
Shon Low manages the IC design group at NETINT Technologies. Shon started his career in Integrated Circuit design for Seiko Epson Corp where he designed numerous low power LCD display controllers, drivers and image processing IP for Palm pilots and color cellular phones. In 2008 he designed the game changing Epson Broadsheet controller which helped bring the Electrophoretic display (EPD) to the mass market through adoption by e-reader companies like Sony, Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Shon received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Manitoba and has 11 patents in display technology field.
Tyroun Liu is responsible for leading firmware and software team in China at NETINT Technologies. Tyroun has over 10 years’ experience that includes development and leadership positions at Panasonic, Verisilicon, SanDisk and Shannon. Prior to joining NETINT, Tyroun led a team to deliver two generations of SATA Enterprise SSD products and two generations of NVMe Enterprise products in Shannon. Tyroun has a Master of Engineering degree in machinery and automation from Shanghai University in China.
